Shipping
- All orders are shipped via US Mail with Delivery Confirmation no later than four business days after your order has been placed. An email notification will be sent the day the item is shipped. We are not responsible for lost items after they have been received at the destination Post Office.

- All products are thoroughly tested for strength before shipping, so you can be assured of a quality piece.
Ordering:
- Secure: Once you would like to place an order, simply click on the 'Add To Cart' button below the item, the item will immediately go into a SSL secure shopping cart through Paypal. Please note that credit card details are collected by Paypal using a SSL secured server. We do not receive your personal information from Paypal.
- Please make sure you enter your name and address into the shopping cart exactly the way it appears on your credit card statement.
- To keep on shopping, simply click the 'Continue Shopping' button on your Shopping Cart. On multiple orders, please contact us to adjust your combined shipping charges.
Returns:

Our #1 priority is a Satisfied Customer. If your purchase is received damaged or defective you may return it in original packaging to be repaired or replaced within 14 days. We do not offer refunds. If there is a problem, please Email Playinwithbeads@aol.com, within 7 days in receipt of item for approval to return. You may exchange your item, or you may have a gift certificate (credit) for a later time.
- You are responsible for all shipping fees & handling fees.
- You will receive your credit or gift certificate provided the jewelry is received back in its original condition less shipping & handling fees. The item must be in its original "as new" condition.
- Unfortunately Earrings are not returnable due to hygienic concerns.
Customer Service:
- As a customer your satisfaction is very important to us and your business is greatly appreciated. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
- All beaded jewelry needs to be re-strung from time to time, I will do this free of charge for anything purchased in my shop for as long as you own the piece, you will only pay for the shipping and handling fees.

If you are ordering from outside of the USA, please email us to confirm if we ship to your country.
Ordering Problems:
- If you have any problems during shopping, please e-mail us, or if we are online you may instant message us for faster response. Playinwithbeads@aol.com e-mail is checked frequently every day.
Custom Orders:
- If you have a custom order, please e-mail your request to us, we will do our best to fill your order. Photos or or what you would like your piece to 'go with' are welcomed!
- All Custom Orders require at least a full payment or non-refundable, non-transferable 50% deposit. This is standard practice with all custom orders.
- There are no returns on custom orders.
- Please let us know of any deadlines you have for custom pieces.
- You will be provided with pictures and dimensions of your custom jewelry before it is shipped to you.
